This seems to be a blocking issue for the juju 2.9.36 release as well.

Following the reproducer from #4, I can confirm that pylibjuju is working. Also, the test runs with juju 2.9.35 are working fine: https://solutions.qa.canonical.com/testruns/testRun/3ccba0e0-315f-4c53-bd37-b9198059b4a6. Is there something else that has changed that could influence juju-lint?
