@jameinel You are correct indeed. In my latest report the "hang" referred only to the fact that the status message did not refresh and remained "installing agent" but the model was responsive.However since the additional units of the "workload-less" charm did not perform any useful function I could not say for sure if the units were "operational". If I recall correctly I would say the "charm" container in the units were indeed operational.
