@Balbir, how are you defining hang, were the pods not running workloads, was it just that you saw that message in 'juju status'? (From your message it sounds like the latter)
I believe the original part of the bug was about applications not actually starting correctly, but it doesn't sound like you were running into that. Can you confirm whether the container and the application actually started correctly?
