Comment 8 for bug 1934524

Yesterday we ran into unresponsive status and stuck models/agents again and the "small hammer" of bouncing jujud-machine-2 got things back.

Today I had to rolling restart all 3 controller machine agents (with some minutes in between) after which things slowly recovered over 10 mins or so.
