Hey Joseph, thanks for the hint. Do you have the full CLI you used? I tried first on juju 2.9.27, but this was added on 2.9.29 (I can see from the code). But still, even after upgrading, it seems that there's no 'features' config in the allowed configs:

juju model-config "features=[logging-output]"
WARNING key "features" is not defined in the current model configuration: possible misspelling
ERROR cannot set controller attribute "features" on a model
