Bug Description
If I type 'juju config someapplication > /tm' when I press tab, I expect it to complete to /tmp or /tmp/. Instead there is a pause (seemingly as juju status runs) and then nothing else happens. This seems specific to juju and doesn't happen to other commands (e.g. apt-get) which also have custom bash completion.

I see this with multiple versions of Juju including 2.3.2-xenial-amd64
