Bug Description
# Steps to reproduce
1. Install Juju with snap (version 2.5.4-bionic-amd64 on Ubuntu 18)
2. Create a file called bundle.yaml
3. Type `juju deploy bund`
4. Press tab to autocomplete
# Expected behavior
Autocomplete appends `le.yaml` so that the terminal is now showing `juju deploy bundle.yaml`.
Failing that, I should at least be able to continue typing the rest of the file name manually
# Actual behavior
Nothing additional is printed. The autocomplete process hangs, so I am unable to continue typing the command manually.
I suspect Juju is trying to hook in to bash to do a fancy lookup (e.g. for more than just files), but it is failing catastrophically.

This is still happening in Juju 2.9-latest
