Comment 5 for bug 1742604

I am not sure that we are going to release another 2.2.x release. But I'll add it to the bug report for @John A Meinel (jameinel) and @Tim Penhey (thumper) to decide. It might be that we'd need to provide a script to fix broken environments.

I am triaging this as Critical for 2.3 and High for 2.4 as we'd need a fix/upgrade step.
