Comment 7 for bug 1594924

Actually after the first upload a second of the same file takes 7.3 seconds, which since the process takes about a second to start puts the transfer on par with SCP. While the first upload is happening Mongo is using plenty of CPU time, so perhaps growing its database rather quickly is the slowdown.

I should have a fix tomorrow.
