Just ran juju deploy cs:bundle/openstack-base-42 with the latest code from master (2.0.?) and OpenStack deployed happily. Well, apart from not having enough disks in some nodes for ceph-osd, but other than that everything got an address and deployed.

This is on MAAS 1.9 with physical hardware rather than VMs. I will try again, but if I can't recreate the bug I can't really help.
