Comment 3 for bug 1645729

I have audited all the code changes between 1.25.6 and 1.25.8 and the only thing that seems even remotely likely to cause any impact is the change in the TLS ciphers used in to secure the API connections.

It is possible that the problematic code was in existence in 1.25.6 but we weren't triggering it.

@jacekn were there any changes in any of the charms around the time of the 1.25.8 upgrade?
