Comment 19 for bug 1571457

Note that the quickstart and deployer problems are due to the python version on the machine they're running on. Python 2.7.9 added support for TLS 1.2 (which is what we restricted Juju to), which was released in December 2014. Is there a way we can just install a newer version of python with deployer/quickstart?
