Comment 10 for bug 1571457

This issue is fix committed in 1.25, thus preventing tcl 1.1 and 1.0 clients from working with juju. As trusty's python does not support tsl 1.2+, All trusty-python based clients are broken. Juju 1.25.76 is not compatible with trusty-quickstart. Backporting 1.25.7 to trusty means we either accept that juju-quickstart is broken, or someone divises a cleave way for ssl 1.2 though python in trusty.
