openstack provider swallows nova errors in collectInstances

Bug Description

In the function:
  func (e *environ) collectInstances(ids []instance.Id, out map[string]instance.Instance) []instance.Id

the error value from the nova calls are not checked, nor logged, nor returned.

This severely hampers debugging issues.
