I just managed to reproduce this error on my Macbook Pro with dual GPU (built-in Intel Iris Pro, details below, and NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M) after forcing the computer to use the built-in GPU (instead of dynamic switching) with the gfxCardStatus tool (http://gfx.io/).
Now the questions are: What part of the code causes this uncaught exception when using libjogl_desktop.jnilib? And: Does anyone have a clever idea on how to fix it?
Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[NSViewAWT CGLPBufferObj]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x7fa059c793a0'
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException
