Comment 1 for bug 601290

I have reproduced this bug, and I will look into it further. The logging of the function that calls it, shows it does know it gets +30 mana, but it does not get added. I will look further.

The fix, if any, will not be able to be done for a week. I am almost done with the revision on special procedure calls.
