Bug Description
The user cannot provide name to port while creating a port. Whenever the user has to retrieve the details of the port or delete a port, the port names are more useful. Also, names are easy to remember than uuid. It also avoids the overhead of executing "ironic port-list" each time.
Solution:
Code changes must be made so as to provide unique names to ports using "--name" argument.
