Short summary:
- OSProfiler is a cross service profiler.
- It is already supported and used in several OpenStack projects:
   Cinder, Glance, Heat, Nova, etc.

In Ironic, OSprofiler will be helpful to debug any bottlenecks or errors in
notifications to Ceilometer.
