gate test fails with below error message:

ERROR: openstack Refusing to introspect node ca0e2257-61b5-497b-bb83-b4b8fad770a3 with provision state "available" and maintenance mode off

This failure occurs because Ironic node should be set its provisioning state as "manageable" before introspection.
