Response from Intel BIOS Engineer:
From the error screen, it looks some tools-services are failed to load because of unknown TPM hash Algo, SM3_256.
Some security modules/tools in OS are not signed with correct hash algo or not using SM3_256 algo during signing process.
Please give a try using below BIOS settings:
Go to Advanced menu> TPM configuration > TCG2 Configuration > enable PCR Bank PCR Bank: SM3_256 [x ]
Or can try with different combinations. ( disable SHA256 and check what is the error while booting )
