Hi @ethan.hsieh,

As mentioned in comment #5 above, there is an option to disable SM3 256 algorithm. Please check #5 for a screenshot of the BIOS option

Please give a try and uncheck SM3_256 using below BIOS settings:

Go to Advanced menu> TPM configuration > TCG2 Configuration > enable PCR Bank  PCR Bank: SM3_256 [x ]
