We tested deb created by you. There is a problem with blinking during migration. This issue is solved by commit https://github.com/intel/ledmon/commit/c57e7d6d2dabe9e9d17d2e3aa4a2e77f7dc70acd

Also there is few other minor issues. All of them can be resolved applying this list of patches:
