Hi,
I also pinged maintainer from debian on their mailing list.
Still no replay...
Is this "debian first" rule applies to all packages of ubuntu?
I'm asking, because we have other components (for example - mdadm: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1751771) that are requested to be integrated to Ubuntu 18.04.
