I was looking at the Debian watch page, and they're still looking at Sourceforge for Ledmon upstream changes. They need to start watching github instead, as the SF page indicates:

"Project has been moved to github - https://github.com/intel/ledmon"

Also, as Pawel mentions, 0.90 was released a few days ago.
