Dear all,

I started this bug report in 2013. I've not used Inkscape in the last few years because of this problem - just installed 0.92.2 on a Win10 64 bit, Lenovo X1 Yoga. Unfortunately the same problem was immediately there.
If I can I will play around in next days with some of the more recent suggestions to see if anything works to fix.
