Comment 32 for bug 1131428

I started this bug report two years ago. After a Windows reinstall last year, I have been using Inkscape 0.91 successfully for many months, until this evening when this same bug has come back.
Earlier today I upgraded Java on this system after a long while. I am strongly suspicious that this may have caused the problem with Inkscape that I am experience now again. I have no technical reason for this, only the coincidence that I hadn't updated Java in a long time.
