Bug Description

Steps:

- Open with Inkscape the attached file "sample.svg". It's a fragment of a bigger drawing.

- What you'll see in Inkscape is as the attached screenshot "sample-in-inkscape.png". Notice the top of the drawing: the top red region is well curved.

- Choose "Export Bitmap", then export the page with 300 dpi.

- The result is the attached file "sample.png". Notice the bug at the top of the drawing: the red region is truncated.

Reproducible with Inkscape 0.48.3 on Xubuntu 12.04 and with Inkscape 0.48.2 on Kubuntu 11.10.

This is one of the many known issues with the old renderer in current stable versions, and will be fixed in the next major release (0.49) which uses the new cairo-based renderer (on-canvas and for bitmap export).
