Bug Description

For the sake of translation, please use c-format in the following message:

* src/ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:1081
    Glib::ustring markup = Glib::ustring::compose(
        "<span size=\"large\">%1 <b>%2</b> %3</span>\n<span color=\"%4\">%5</span>",
        _("No clipart named"), keywords, _("was found."), grey.to_string(),
        _("Please make sure all keywords are spelled correctly, or try again with different keywords."));

Hi, I wrote little fix that tranforms the string into format I figured out using other tranlated examples, 1 string divided to three ".." blocks. Is this the kind of format you was asking for? Thanks :)

Yes, your patch resolves my request.
Strings sequence the '_("No clipart named"), keywords, _("was found.")' restricts its grammar and it makes difficulty in Japanese translation.

Thanks for your patch Jan!

The correction committed in the trunk (revision 11251) is a bit different. The patch you did was a good start, but it was cleaner to split the two sentences and remove XML elements (including the color attribute value that must not be translated) from the translatable string.

milestone: 0.49 → none
