Bug Description
The filters of Inkscape are very powerful, but at times it would be nice if there was the ability to "apply" them.
Ie: If I have made an elaborate drawing and would like to change the hue of all colors then the color-filter hue rotate is very easy to use and works very well.
But if I the nwant to export that drawing to and pdf it can not be done without rasterizing the filter effect.
If I could then have an option to make the "filtered" (hue corrected) colors become the new colors of the objects I could export it and use it.
I know it does not apply to all filters but it could be an option for the filters that are applicable.

(Extensions to modify colors as object attributes already exist, but they do not fully cover aspects like hue rotate yet).
