Comment 26 for bug 871968

I just built trunk (r12704) from scratch, with devlibs 47, and the problem is not present. This trunk version is not using the alternate libglib-2.0-0.dll that I posted in message 19 above. If you are running a version of inkscape on windows that still has the problem, try dropping the _no15cpu version over the libglib dll that you are currently using.
