Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.2, printing to PDFCreator. Using a resolution of 300 or higher produces a blank page. Works correctly with 15Odpi or lower.
Not reproduced with trunk revision 10948. Prints correctly whatever the resolution.
