Did you at least try to install and run the extension on OS X?

[ I wrote it on OS X, and it works for me on Ubuntu (VM), Mac OS X 10.5.8 and OS X 10.7.5 with official Ubuntu and Mac OS X Inkscape packages as well as with various local regular builds of Inkscape stable and trunk), with various Python versions (on OS X those installed by Apple as well as those installed via MacPorts) ]
