Bug Description
If a user opens a dock panel (say, the "layers" available at the menu entry layer->layers), shuts down inkscape and reruns it, the panel is again displayed but instead of preserving the size of the dock panel, the dock panel is displayed in what appears to be it's minimum size.
It would be nice if inkscape also saved the panel's size when shutting down.
