10) missing modules in the application bundle:

The gnome-vfs module '$PREFIX/lib/gnome-vfs-2.0/modules/libfile.so' gets loaded from the MacPorts tree (if present) as soon as the file dialog is used to e.g. open a file from disk.

(The currently used packaging script does include the gnome-vfs modules in the application bundle:
