Fixes exist in trunk, but not in a current stable release. I've asked Kees to see if he can get Carl to backport the fixes to a stable release so Natty can get them (and obviously win32 & macports would have them much sooner too). Kees sent the email, so all we can do is be hopeful that Carl will go for it.
