Anyway, I think at the very least, yes, the edit button should be removed currently until a better solution for single-stop gradient editing and gradient applied to multiple object editing is implemented. As it stands, I think the changes to the F&S dialog offer more value currently than the old gradient editor does. Don't remove the old gradient editor code BTW, I have a feeling JonCruz may want to fight for it, just remove that edit button.
