Could you please test the following:
1) open 'Inkscape Preferences > SVG Output'
2) change the settings for Path data to:
[ ] Allow relative coordinates
[x] Force repeat commands
3) open the SVG file in question and force a rewrite of the path data:
- select all (in all Layers)
- move the selection with the cursor keys up and back down again
4) save file, and open/import in Corel Draw
SVG in Corel X5 after test in attachment
