Comment 1 for bug 687630

I see this behavior also on a Fujitsu T730. This is also a Win7 64bit system. The penabled system can not interact with the main drawing field. It does work on UI widgets. So you can choose a tool, but you can't draw with it. All other pointing methods, including the touch interface, seem to work.

If anyone has a wacom penabled system with which Inkscape works, please post your specs.
