Win7 Menu Text is white when on hover

Bug Description

I'm using win32 0.48.0-1 on Windows 7, and the text menus show white text when hovered over, making them unreadable (see attached screenshot).

I've heard an updated gtk-win32 package fixes this. See similar bug tracking here: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=105528&aid=2998625&group_id=5528

Will this be included in 0.48.1?
