Bug Description
After new instalation of Inkscape ver 0.48 on Vista I got error message. Please see picture in attach.
After these messages Inkscape is open but can't use the Open.
I uninstalled old version of Inkscape.

Several users reported that after rebooting Windows Inkscape launched without error. Seems to often occur after installing security updates from Microsoft.
