Bug Description

When using the Node tool with transform handles enabled for selected nodes (Inkscape 0.48), using the skew handles to edit selected nodes is not logged in the document's Undo history, nor does it actually get saved with the SVG file.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create any convenient path with about 5-6 nodes.
2 - Switch to the Node tool and activate the toolbar button to show transform handles.
3 - Select about 3-4 nodes from the path, then use the transform handles to scale those nodes somehow. Check the "Edit" menu, notice how "Undo: Scale nodes" is displayed as expected.
4 - Repeat the process with the rotate and skew handles. "Undo: Rotate nodes" shows up fine, but "Undo: Skew nodes" does not.
5 - Save the document.
6 - Now skew the selected nodes again (preferably by a lot), then save the document.
7 - Re-open the document from "File > Open Recent", compare and contrast the two windows.
