The scale factor seems to do something odd: compare opening the attached document, using scale factor 1.0 and scale factor 10.0: the second one is far, far displaced from the origin in negative y-direction) - not really related to proportionally scaling the (miniscule) distance from the origin compared to scale factor 1.0 or how QCad displays the location of the file contents.
Doesn't seem to depend on '$EXTMIN' and '$EXTMAX' but related to the inverted coord system in the SVG file and how the scale factor is applied to the y-coordinates of the SVG path data and not to the coordinates as defined in the DXF source?
