Bug Description

Trying to export the attached SVG file as WMF crashes python, and export to EMF completely ignores the clipping path. This file was imported from PDF (which was in turn exported from some other vector drawing tool, probably CorelDraw).

Without this bug Inkscape would be a workaround to get vector graphics from Mathcad into Powerpoint by converting pdf to emf.

I'll try to attach an example.

Seems to export fine in trunk (see attachement).
Tested on Windows 10 x64 with MSYS2 builds of revisions 15616/15546 using internal emf export extension.

Original bug mentioned a Python error (so maybe the uniconvertor extensions was used?) which would be an issue for

The current nightly produces reasonably good export.
