application won't open, module=StackHash_e51a

I had this program working last night, didnt move or change anything, uninstalled the version I had, reinstalled the same .47.09 version, same problem. I can't even open my program at all.
So I uninstalled that one, installed the portable version and that doesn't even work.as of right now I have no Inkscape program on my computer, restarted my computer and cleared my history and my recycle bin. Please let me know what that missing module thing means, I run a web design company and thats a widely chosen program over Illustrator.

Would you be willing to install and test the latest Inkscape version (http://sourceforge.net/projects/inkscape/files/)?
It updates some Windows specific libraries and thus may fix your issue.
