Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.47 and 0.48.
Tried to print with vector and bitmap rendering, to printer (Epson Stylus DX3850, official drivers), PDF printer (PrimoPDF) and file, and always got a crash.
No problem on Ubuntu 10.04, same printer.
