Copying text within Inkscape should include kerning

Bug Description

Currently kerning information is lost if you copy-paste text in Inkscape (at least from one document to another). This should not happen, as it is easy to get rid of manual kerning, but hard to redo it.

not reproduced with Inkscape 0.47 and 0.47+devel r9322 on OS X 10.5.8

Can you provide more information about your os and Inkscape version and attach a sample SVG file with text that loses its kerning information when copied into a new document?

Note: I'm talking about copying text using the text tool, not whole text objects. i can now confirm that kerning is lost not only when copying between Inkscape instances, but also within a single document.

My user story here is about replacing part of a text with an already manually kerned version of that part.
