Currently, we need to use the Edit menu to access Paste Style and Paste in Place. However, if we make the user hold down a modifier key, we could put more commands into a single toolbar button.
*No modifier: standard Paste
*With Shift down: Paste in Place
*With CTRL down: Paste Style
Note: This does somewhat conflict with the concept that each toolbar button or menu item is a command that can be moved to either the menu or toolbar as desired by the user. (See what MS Office can do in that regard.)
