Bug Description
The Alt-[ and Alt-] shortcuts for caracters rotation doesn't work with AZERTY keyboards.
The bug disappear when changing paramaters to QWERTY keyboard mapping.
OS : Windows XP SP 3
Inkscape version : 0.47
French AZERTY keyboard
