Yes that has worked fine. I didn't realise I had grouped anything I thought I had done Path Combine to keep the letters together, but not a problem I won't do either in future.

Thank you.

Subject: [Bug 487648] Re: Problem with DXF save files

The DXF output routine has a problem (along with a few other Python extensions such as Perspective) in that it will not always recognize the effects of transform elements in a group.
To get around this, it is often necessary to massage the file before sending the output.
What I did with this file was apply the menu item 'Edit->Select All', and then apply 'Object->UnGroup'.
Then I generated the DXF output to get the attached.
      Does this solve the problem?

  Bug description:
I'm using Inkscape 0.47-2 in Windows XP and did not have this problem when using the regular builds for .47 or the previous Pre release.

When I save files as DXF for RoboMaster and the file is opened in RoboMaster the designs are piled one on top of the other. This makes them impossible to use as the cutlines for each object are not grouped and to select so many small cutlines in RoboMaster is impossible.
