I have just removed MacPorts, and extensions in Inkscape 47 on Snow Leopard 10.6.2 started working, except textext, which asks for pdf2svg. I am now trying to install again pdf2svg with MacPorts to see what happens. But it now installs python 2.6.4 as a dependency, so there may be problems, i guess...
